Ms L. Pereira is a strong supporter of all values that F.H. Odendaal Hoërskool advocates. However, she feels that Odie learners have to take responsibility for their own future by working and striving for academic excellence. This, in turn, will build them in conduct and character.

F.H. Odendaal Hoërskool has a dedicated and competent academic staff who are eager to support all Odie learners in their quest to reach academic success. Ms Pereira's dream is that Odie learners and staff will co-operate and work tirelessly together to achieve academic excellence.
